Age Restriction

You must be 21 or older to use the aubet platform. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from using the platform, registering an account, or accessing any service. aubet may request age verification and may close the account immediately if the information provided is found to be inaccurate.

Geographic Restrictions

aubet's services are provided for people living in Myanmar. Access from countries where gambling is prohibited by law is restricted. If a player is found to have accessed and played from a restricted region, aubet may suspend the account.

One account per person

Each player may hold only one account at aubet. Opening multiple accounts or using a family member's account with the intention of claiming bonuses is prohibited. If discovered, any bonuses and winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.

Registration and Accuracy

When registering an account, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details. Registering with false or someone else's information is a violation of these terms. aubet may request verification of your identity at any time.

Account Security

Players must keep their account login details (username, password) confidential and must not share them with anyone. If your login details are compromised, you must notify aubet customer service immediately. The player is solely responsible for all transactions made from their account.

Updating Personal Information

If you need to update any information registered on your account, please contact the customer service team. aubet may verify your identity before making any changes.

Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Supported deposit methods include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all payment channels is 3,000 Ks.

Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Please note that processing may take longer on bank holidays or in special circumstances.

• aubet may require that the withdrawal method matches the method used for the deposit.
• The account requesting a withdrawal must have completed verification.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

Financial Verification (KYC)

Welcome Bonus

aubet offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement based on the bonus amount must be completed.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
• Example — deposit 220,000 Ks, receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 420,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.

General Bonus Terms

• The eligible games and wagering contribution rates for each bonus will be stated in the promotion details.
• If aubet determines that a player is deliberately exploiting a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Unused bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within the stated promotion period may be forfeited.
• aubet may change or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

VIP Cashback Program

aubet's VIP program includes Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers. Players can move up through the tiers based on their playing activity. Weekly cashback rates range from up to 0.2% at Bronze to up to 1.0% at Diamond.

Platform Protection

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the aubet platform—

• Using software bots, scripts, or additional technical tools to circumvent normal gameplay
• Using suspicious betting patterns with the intent to exploit bonuses
• Using another person's payment method without authorization
• Conducting money laundering activities
• Copying or reproducing platform content and data without authorization
• Attempting to deceive other users

If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, aubet may close the account and forfeit the remaining balance.

Grounds for Closure by aubet

• Cooperation with the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is refused
• Attempts to exploit bonuses are found
• Activity suspected of being an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) risk is detected

When an account is closed, the player will be notified of the reason by email. If the player believes the closure was unjust, they may request a review through customer support within 24 hours.

Closure by the Player

If a player wants to close their aubet account, they can request this through customer support (Live Chat or [email protected]). Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy. Please note that any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
